The majority of the last bailout intended for construction projects was simply handed over to the states which blew it balancing their bloated budgets. The same will happen but at a much lower cost. Politically this will be the final nail in the Dems coffin for the 2010 elections.

I quized my 104 year old aunt what was worse; The Depression, the attack on Pearl Harbor or the attack of the World Trade Center. She immediately said the attack of the World Trade Center. This is one perspective, which I happen to agree with.
